These terms govern your use of Onde Inference sites, services, and published apps such as Klepon, operated by Splitfire AB.

Scope
These terms apply to Onde Inference websites, account surfaces, managed product pages, and published apps where Splitfire AB is the operator or publisher. Some features may depend on third-party infrastructure such as smbCloud Auth, smbCloud GresIQ, and Stripe.
Core rules
Keep your account details accurate and keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity tied to your account unless the law says otherwise.
Do not abuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or use Onde in ways that break applicable law or platform rules.
If you buy paid plans, Stripe handles payment processing. Pricing, taxes, and billing timing are shown at checkout or in the product.
Availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service. Sometimes that is product work. Sometimes it is security work. Sometimes a dependency changes. We try to avoid surprises, but we do not promise that every feature will stay unchanged forever.
Intellectual property
Onde Inference, Klepon, design assets, text, and product software remain the property of their respective owners. Your account data, prompts, or uploaded material remain yours except where we need a limited right to operate the service.
Limits
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, Splitfire AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
