Onde Inference is operated by Splitfire AB. This policy explains what we process, why we process it, and which services we use to run accounts, model management, and payments.

Who we are
Splitfire AB is a Swedish app publisher and the operator of Onde Inference web properties and published apps such as Klepon. Where Onde offers account, app, model, or billing features, this policy applies unless a stricter written agreement says otherwise.
What we collect
Email address, sign-in state, confirmation status, and profile fields such as name and username. Accounts run on smbCloud Auth.
App registration, assigned models, and account-linked operational metadata. This runs on smbCloud GresIQ.
If you pay for Onde services, Stripe processes the payment. We do not store full card numbers on Onde systems.
How we use it
We use your data to create accounts, sign you in, manage apps and models, and provide support.
We keep basic operational logs and account events to protect accounts and diagnose failures.
Stripe events are used to manage subscriptions, invoices, and payment status where paid plans apply.
Processors and infrastructure
We use smbCloud Auth for account flows, smbCloud GresIQ for app and model management, and Stripe for payment processing. Those services may process account or billing information on our behalf. We choose them because they match the product shape. We do not list processors as decoration.
Retention and rights
We keep data for as long as needed to run the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and keep records of billing or security events. If you want to request deletion, correction, or access, contact us directly.
